LIFE Drug a horse. That’s your right to a training license for life. Wanna talk about the whip rule? Forget that, talk about animal welfare. The punishment for trainers that jig, tube or drug horses is far too lenient, and puts the converted racing supporters and followers in a position to question the integraty of the sport. Not to mention the outsiders view of the already much maligned industry of racing thoroughbreds.
